Mgr. Dagmar Doubravová
Graduated from the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Social Work. In 1996 - 2000 she worked as a probation officer and later as a methodologies probation officer at the Regional Court in Prague. She participated in the preparation of the Law on Probation and Mediation Service for the Czech Republic and is co-author of training for the staff of the Probation and Mediation Service (PMS). Dagmar is co-founder RUBIKON Centrum, which was founded in 1994. She participated in the creation and introduction of a unique model in the Czech Roma mentoring justice program, which was recognized in 2009 in a competition of innovative projects in the field of criminal justice with the Crystal Scales of Justice Award by the European Commission and the Council of Europe. Rubikon Centrum is the professional guarantor of cognitive behavioral programs for juvenile clients in the Czech Republic since 2004 which was modeled from the Swiss canton of Zurich Probation Services (Juvenile Learning Program). As Director, she participates in the implementation and supervision of projects, works as a lecturer and supervisor communication skills in support of other non-profit organizations. She is a member of the Council for Probation and Mediation - an advisory body of the Ministry of Justice and a member of an advisory body to the President of the Central Region - Crime Prevention Working Group.
Mgr. Lenka Ouředníčková
A master's student in the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Arts at Charles University . In the beginning of his professional career, Lenka helped to develop alternative sentencing and introduce the concept of probation and mediation in the Czech Republic. She worked as a Methodologies Probation Officer at the Municipal Court in Prague, and in the nonprofit sector since 2001. Co-founder of the Rubikon Centrum, is currently responsible for the management of customer service in the organization. She has extensive experience in project management and leadership. She is a lecturer and supervisor specializing in the area of case work, communications and presentation skills, leadership and teams. Trained in Systemic Therapy, as well as a number of short-term courses in the Czech Republic and abroad, on direct work with clients, restorative justice, mediation, lecturing and supervisory skills. Lenka is an honorary member of the major international organizations, CEP (The European Organization for Probation), from 2004-07 and served as Vice President. From 2001-04 she was a member of the Executive Committee of that organization. She is a member of the Council of Prison Systems in the Czech Republic, a permanent advisory body of the Ministry of Justice. She is also the author of numerous articles and publications.
Mgr. Jarmila Neumannová

Graduate of the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Arts, Charles University. Jarmila is an organization manager in the field of social services in Prague. She has worked with clients, crisis centers, psychiatrists, refugees and participated in the development of standards and accreditation of social services. In 2001-2006 she led the Foundation for Holocaust Victims, then External Relations Manager with the Sue Ryder Foundation, Hospice of the Good Shepherd in Čerčany and the Association of Hospice and Palliative Care in the Czech Republic. Since 2012, she has been a consultant in the field of Public Relations and Fundraising with the Diakonia ECCB Centre for Humanitarian and Development Assistance and the Highlands Hospice Movement. Jarmila is a member of the Board of the Czech-German Fund for the Future.
Mgr. Dana Syslová

Expert in management and development of quality social Services
Graduate of the Department of Social Work at Charles University in Prague and psychotherapy training, quality inspector of social services register of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MPSV). Dana is a member of the Czech Helsinki Committee. Her experience lies in the provision, management and transformation of social services, the effects of governmental and non-governmental organizations and public administration, and the preparation and implementation of projects at the local and international level. Lecturing and consulting, training and supervision to support development and implementation of the evaluation and development of quality social services, including the involvement of users in the evaluation of services and the transformation of residential social services.

Anita graduated from the Faculty of Social and Cultural Anthropology at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. In the years 2008 - 2011 she worked in the non-profit organization People in Need as an Executive Manager and Deputy Director of the Regional Office in London. She has been with RUBIKON Centrum since May 2013 as Coordinator of the international project "Job Opportunities for People Leaving Prison - Foreign inspiration".
